If you can afford it why not buy a castle to assemble yourself there are several on the market to suit different budgets, the beauty of these castles is that they are ready to assemble straight away so your kids can start playing, and unlike the one you might build yourself these castle can be folded away to use another day, no need for tapes or any other fasteners just fold them together to assemble and fold them away when finished. Most also require colouring which then becomes a completely new project.
Whichever way you decide to build your cardboard castle I know the kids will love building them, enjoy playing with them and best of all keep them occupied for hours while learning many essential life skills at the same time.
